Shipping Policy
We ship all around the Philippines via various couriers available.
No RUSH order unless items are ON HAND.
Customers will shoulder any shipping costs related to the orders.
Return & Exchange Policy
If we mistakenly deliver a wrong product, customers are expected to notify us within 24 hours upon receipt of the item. We will shoulder all expenses in the return and delivery of correct items. Otherwise, we assumed that the customer received the orders correctly and in good condition.
In circumstances that the customer changed minds, we will only entertain cancellation of orders if not yet been processed by the distributor. Any payment made for items already been processed will not be refunded.
